




Job Summary: This role involves assisting with tourist package reservations, communicating with stakeholders, responding to inquiries via email and WhatsApp, and providing customer service via phone to clients, guides, and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation and operation of tourist package reservations 2. Support the Operations and Reservations departments by responding to emails and messages 3. Provide telephone customer service with courtesy and efficiency Description: * Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields; * Prior experience with tourist packages and customer service is desirable; * Intermediate level of English and Spanish; * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong writing and reading comprehension skills; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; * Proactive and collaborative profile, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork; * Assist in preparing and operating tourist package reservations, communicating with relevant departments and individuals to ensure everything proceeds as planned; * Respond to emails and WhatsApp messages, supporting the Operations and Reservations departments; * Provide telephone support to clients, guides, and suppliers with courtesy, respect, and efficiency; * Support the customer service department with administrative and operational requests; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and operational processes. 2511190202461821308
