Job Summary: We are seeking Pantry Assistants to join our governance team, responsible for organizing and maintaining the pantry and support areas, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and managing inventory. We are currently hiring Pantry Assistants to join our governance team. **Position: Pantry Assistant** **Company:** Hotel Caracas Rio **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro – RJ (Ilha do Governador) **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Salary:** R$ 1\.600,00 to R$ 1\.700,00 per month **Working Hours:** Rotating 6x1 schedule – 44 weekly hours as defined by the employer **Field and Professional Specialization:** Hospitality and Tourism **Hierarchical Level:** Operational **Work Mode:** On-site Main Responsibilities * Organize and maintain the pantry and support areas in perfect condition of cleanliness and functionality; * Assist in preparing and assembling snacks, beverages, and breakfast items; * Restock food, beverages, and utensils; * Manage basic pantry inventory of supplies; * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and surfaces according to sanitary regulations; * Support the hospitality team in meeting operational departmental demands; * Strictly comply with food handling good practices. Requirements * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or similar settings (mandatory); * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in hospitality; * Basic knowledge of food safety good practices; * Basic customer service skills. Benefits * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance.
