Collaboration and focus on safety **Job Description / Responsibilities:** \- Cleans, organizes, and participates in setting up the construction site; \- Performs demolition, excavation, and soil compaction using manual tools and electric machinery; \- Prepares mortar or plaster for any construction-related activity; \- Performs first-level maintenance; \- Is responsible for safeguarding and cleaning machinery and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and performing minor repairs; \- Handles vertical or horizontal transportation, loading and unloading of materials; \- Assists professionals across all departments and all construction phases; \- Collaborates with teams while maintaining focus on safety and smooth progress of activities; **\- WE OPERATE WITH A HOURS BANK SYSTEM;** **Experience Requirements:** \- Proven experience of 2 years as a construction helper/laborer; **Benefits:** \- Transportation allowance; \- On-site meals; \- Basic food basket for attendance; \- Group life insurance; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.120,80 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
