If you want to learn hands-on how to attract, select, and delight talents while helping build an excellent team for our school, this is your place. **Job Mission:** Actively support the Human Resources department in recruitment and selection routines, ensuring agility in filling positions, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and assisting in the initial onboarding stages of new employees within the institution. **Working Hours:** 5 hours per day (30 hours per week) \- flexible schedule (between 08:00 and 18:00), Monday to Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Support job posting and promotion on job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), and local community groups. * Screen resumes and schedule interviews with managers. * Conduct initial outreach, telephone screenings, and alignment interviews (cultural fit). * Support communication with candidates, ensuring timely feedback delivery and safeguarding employer branding (Employer Branding). * Assist in updating spreadsheets and systems to maintain up-to-date departmental metrics. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and clarity. * Organized, proactive profile with strong willingness to learn. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and communication tools (WhatsApp Business). * **Preferred Qualification:** Familiarity with dynamic environments and high-volume recruitment routines.
