Job Summary: The Senior Engineer will join the Installation Engineering team, contributing to technical deliveries, team management, and procedure development, serving as a technical reference and focal point for offshore and onshore operations. Start your journey with us today. **Title:** Senior Engineer **Location:**Rio de Janeiro, BR **Job Closing Date:** 31/05/2026 **What will you be doing?** APPLICATIONS OPEN – until 30/03/2026 (deadline subject to change without prior notice) Will be part of the Installation Engineering team, directly involved in the team’s technical deliveries and supporting the functional manager in team management and development. Will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and validating installation procedures, acting as a technical reference and providing support to more junior engineers. Key responsibilities include assisting the coordinator in planning technical documentation, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and contractual deadlines. Will serve as the engineering focal point for operational support, both onboard during offshore mobilizations and in onshore activities, promoting performance improvements and reinforcing operational safety. Additionally, will contribute to achieving Engineering KPIs by participating in solution development, continuous improvement initiatives, and optimization of work methods and procedures. **What experience would we like you to have?** * Execute defined tasks independently within processes, maintaining quality and safety standards while contributing to meeting stipulated deadlines; * Develop and review installation procedures for flexible pipes, umbilicals, and subsea equipment for PLSV-type vessels; * Serve as a technical reference for engineering calculations, including pull-in load, lay steps, tensioner settings, and anchoring analyses, focused on flexible pipe and umbilical installation; * Conduct technical feasibility studies, defining schedules and cost estimates; * Actively participate in vessel operational discussions, serving as the engineering technical focal point; * Liaise with clients to understand their needs, identify and resolve project issues, and implement solutions; * Participate in process improvement, innovation, and automation tool development, seeking new and more efficient ways to perform work; * Support less experienced engineers in developing installation procedures safely, correctly, and within established deadlines; * Continuously monitor opportunities for performance and safety improvements for vessel operations and assist in their development and implementation; * Work closely with the vessel, conducting occasional visits and onboard assignments to capture improvements, feedback, and identify gaps in installation procedures and team development. **Mandatory Requirements:** + Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering; + Proven experience under long-term contracts involving PLSV-type vessels; + Advanced English proficiency; + Availability for offshore assignments; + Advanced Office suite proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** + Knowledge of VBA or other process automation tools; + Familiarity with MS Project and AutoCAD (or similar); + Prior experience in people coordination; + Experience in the Oil & Gas sector. *We value diversity and view differences as opportunities rather than barriers, ensuring conditions for the full development of our professionals and society at large.* *All our positions are open to persons with disabilities and/or rehabilitated individuals.* **An environment where you can thrive** We recognise that having a diverse team makes us a better, smarter team.
