Senior Educational Analyst

Fundação Mudes is seeking a Senior Educational Analyst to work in its Youth Apprentice Program. Main Responsibilities: * Develop/adapt theoretical materials and lesson plans; * Deliver classroom training according to the established plan and program methodology; * Create specific computer science content (Microsoft Office Suite, online communication platforms, Internet – Safe Browsing, Programming and Logic), and update it regularly; * Monitor individual youth development, providing emotional support, guidance, and active listening. Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Teacher Education (Exact or Human Sciences); * Technology-related courses with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), academic management systems, and online communication platforms (Microsoft Teams and Google Meet). Expertise in computer literacy instruction (safe browsing and office tools) and educational robotics (programming and logic). Desirable Qualifications: * Proficiency in tools supporting active learning methodologies, such as Mentimeter and Kahoot, and presentation tools such as Canvas, Gamma, and Prezi. * Intermediate knowledge of strategies for searching, analyzing, and interpreting data for theoretical framework research.
