You will be part of a future-oriented business by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Conduct compliance risk assessments and analyses (e.g., anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts/hospitality, donations/sponsorships, interactions with public officials, third parties), consolidate findings, and propose action plans; * Perform continuous monitoring of compliance topics and support indicator (KPI/KRI) management, including basic effectiveness testing, checklists, and validation of adherence to policies and procedures; * Support compliance recommendation management, including collection, organization, and archiving of evidence, and maintenance of audit trails per internal standards; * Develop and review compliance reports, communications, and materials (notices, FAQs, presentations, briefings), focusing on clarity, regulatory compliance, and standardization—both for internal and external dissemination; * Deliver and/or support compliance training (onboarding, refresher courses, thematic campaigns), tracking attendance, assessments, and records; serve as the first-level point of contact for related inquiries; * Conduct IDDs (due diligences) on business partners per established procedures, escalating sensitive cases to higher levels. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Postgraduate degree in Law or Compliance is desirable. ### **Knowledge and Skills** * Professional experience in legal or compliance functions within companies or law firms; * Experience in Internal Audit processes and compliance controls; * Knowledge of legal and corporate compliance; * Advanced English proficiency for conversation, writing, and reading; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ### **Profile** * Strong analytical capability and systemic vision in compliance; * Experience in regulatory risk mapping and mitigation; * Technical rigor in governance, controls, and audit trails; * Organizational skills and discipline in managing evidence and deadlines; * Clear, assertive communication for guiding business units; * Resilient, collaborative, and integrity-driven mindset.
