If you are passionate about transforming, collaborating, and making a difference, join us in achieving the impossible—not just as a perspective, but as a starting point. **The RJZ Cyrela Accelerated Internship Development Program (PDA) includes:** * **Office-based Job Rotation across Administrative & Financial, Development, and New Business/Land Acquisition teams**. Within Administrative & Financial: Sales Backoffice, Collections, Controllership, Registration & Transfer; within RJZ Cyrela Development, Living, and Vivaz teams; and within the New Business/Land Acquisition team. In Finance, Job Rotation is preferably conducted every 6 months; in the Development team, after 12 months—aligned with the business cycle structure to ensure full understanding of the end-to-end process; and in the Land Acquisition team, typically after 1.5 years—also aligned with the business cycle structure. Your Job Rotation may begin in any of these areas and rotate accordingly, depending on internal opportunities and your profile. Rotating across diverse areas enables you to become a more capable professional with broad knowledge of company operations. Additionally, you will receive project resolution support and mentorship. Our mentors selected for the PDA are prepared to recognize others’ potential and actively work to realize it. * **Training Path:** To accelerate professional and personal development and strengthen internal training, we offer an annual schedule focused on enhancing soft and hard skills. The program includes site visits to construction projects, "Coffee with Careers" meetings with former interns who now hold leadership positions and serve on the Executive Board, collaborative projects tackling real company challenges, and other special initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** **In the Finance Team:** * Monitoring and verifying cash flow and project feasibility; * Preparing and analyzing process performance reports; * Conducting credit analysis and approving sales proposals; * Managing the inventory of properties available for sale; * Maintaining financial-area-related databases; * Improving processes. **In the New Business/Land Acquisition Team:** * Assisting in land evaluation according to company interests; * Supporting preparation of land economic viability studies, assessing business profitability to provide data supporting decision-making; * Monitoring required technical services prior to land acquisition. **In the Development Team:** * Assisting in preparing launch feasibility studies based on product project analysis and optimization, interacting with Product Development and Legal Project teams to maintain projected profitability from land acquisition; * Accelerating legal project approval processes with competent authorities, as well as registration of the incorporation memorandum, by fulfilling all requirements (project documentation, condominium bylaws, NBR standards, etc.), monitoring progress to ensure launch deadlines are met; * Liaising with partners and internal departments related to the project to gather information and obtain approvals; * Participating in marketing campaigns through analysis and suggestions to highlight the product and contribute to launch targets; * Supporting the Sales team by preparing sales tables and assisting sales staff—clarifying questions regarding products and sales conditions—as well as participating in real estate agent training sessions; * Monitoring contracting of pre-construction services performed on the land. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * We seek engaged, proactive, collaborative interns who make a difference and wish to grow alongside us; * Currently enrolled in Civil or Production Engineering, Economics, or Administration, with expected graduation between July/2028 and December/2028; * Availability to work 30 hours per week, onsite in Barra da Tijuca. **It’s a plus if you:** * Have Excel proficiency and basic knowledge of other data analysis tools. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 6 daily onsite hours. **Location:** Av. das Américas, 2480 – Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro/RJ **Explore our benefits and advantages** Internship stipend: BRL 1,600.00 Transportation voucher Meal voucher via Flash card Bradesco Health Plan Bradesco Dental Plan Telemedicine with multiple specialties Wellhub [Gympass] Totalpass Metlife Life Insurance (free of charge) Pet care plan **And we go even further with:** Birthday day off Baby bonus after birth Newborn gift basket with baby kit Extended marriage leave Extended paternity leave Psychological and social support channel (CuideCY): a free psychosocial support program for our employees, their spouses, and children/stepchildren Vaccination campaign Exclusive PDA projects for developing hard and soft skills. **Expected start date: July/2026.** **Selection Process Stages:** * Applications: until 05/22/2026 * Notification to selected candidates for in-person group activity: 05/25 and 05/26/2026. * In-person group activity at RJZ Cyrela (Barra da Tijuca/RJ): 05/29/2026, from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM * Feedback on group activity: 06/01/2026. * In-person interviews with Accelerated Development Program (PDA) Leaders and People & Performance (HR) team during the first week of June.
