If you want to develop your skills, transform lives, and build a career in the Systems Analyst field, submit your application. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement, configure, administer, and perform maintenance on systems used by the School (e.g., TOTVS RM, Plural Platform, and others); * Create and maintain tutorials to assist system users in their daily tasks; * Develop and maintain reports from operational systems (e.g., TOTVS RM reports); * Keep system and database documentation up to date; * Provide training and support to system users; * Manage contact with system vendors (e.g., TOTVS) to resolve requests (consultant scheduling, needs assessment, incident opening and tracking); * Research and present studies on optimizing technological resources to improve system performance and modernize capabilities; * Gather information for new system projects from relevant departments; * Guide and assist Support Technicians in system-related activities; * Report to the IT Manager any system-related needs and difficulties encountered, to improve processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical High School or Higher Education degree in IT; * Knowledge of SQL; * Technical knowledge of TOTVS systems—Educational and Financial modules; * Familiarity with other TOTVS modules is a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Transportation allowance
