Profile Description Act as a facilitator in the adoption and enhancement of agile methodologies, guiding squads to ensure consistent application of Scrum values and practices. Responsible for driving continuous process improvements, removing impediments, and maintaining active communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders—ensuring alignment with product and service launch strategies while simultaneously fostering process innovation through monitoring market trends and benchmarking. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Dailies, Plannings, Reviews, Retrospectives) with methodological excellence and appropriate frequency; * Lead strategic retrospective sessions for organizational alignment; * Identify and remove impediments, negotiating across multiple departments to unblock obstacles; * Conduct mentoring and individual (1:1\) sessions with Product Owners, facilitators, and squad leaders, supporting agile development and practical alignment with methodology values and rituals; * Monitor adherence to Scrum and agile practices, evaluating metrics such as lead time, delivery cadence, and predictability; * Research and implement industry best practices, participating in internal communities and strategic forums; * Bring market insights, trends, and benchmarks to continuously improve agile and project management practices; * Prepare executive presentations and reports for leadership on process evolution; * Support agile transformation initiatives, internal trainings, and workshops. 2512010202191839653
