If you are organized, analytical, collaborative, and enjoy working with operational routines, controls, service request monitoring, and process improvement, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Operations Supervisor in maintenance routines, construction projects, and administrative activities within the department. * Monitor and update operational service requests with units and suppliers, ensuring demand organization and progress. * Organize data, controls, and reports for performance and cost tracking of operations. * Monitor service provider contracts and deliverables, supporting adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Support monitoring of departmental KPIs and updating of management dashboards. * Contribute to continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Process Management, or related fields. * Technical course or extension in Maintenance Management, Facilities, Projects, or Processes is desirable. * Experience with operational and administrative routines. * Experience managing service requests and supporting service provider contracts. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Power BI knowledge for dashboard monitoring and updating is desirable. * Familiarity with automation and workflow tools such as Power Automate, Make, Trello, or Monday is desirable. * Organized, analytical, collaborative profile with strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **Additional Information** **Discover our benefits:** * + Pluxee Card (Meal and Food); + Health insurance plan (SulAmérica); + Dental insurance plan (Amil); + Benefits club (Discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); + Children’s tuition discounts at any school within Grupo Raiz Educação (as per internal policy); + Birthday day-off (Time off on your birthday); + Performance cycle (Annual round of self-assessment, feedback, and Individual Development Plan); + Weekly AI training calendars focused on AI applications in business, available to all employees.
