PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Information Technology Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, COMPUTING SCIENCES, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELDS. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Course completion certificate accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** 1\) PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING TRAININGS OR COURSES IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, PROGRAMMING, AND/OR NETWORK MAINTENANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Worker's Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating alignment with the target position (only if the CTPS registration title correlates with the requirements stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
