You will work side-by-side with the Traffic team, building and iterating high-conversion landing pages for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with full focus on performance, speed, and results. This is not a traditional development role. We seek someone who understands conversion funnels, performance metrics, and advertising policies—and who knows how to combine no-code/low-code tools with custom code to deliver efficiently, test hypotheses, and scale what works. **What you’ll do:** * Create and iterate landing pages for paid traffic campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) * Use Lovable and no-code/low-code tools for rapid builds * Write custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) when tools alone are insufficient * Correctly implement tracking (GTM, pixels, conversion events) * Execute technical SEO: schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawl optimization * Collaborate directly with media buyers and the marketing team * Ensure pages comply with Meta and Google Ads policies * Test, measure, and optimize (A/B tests, heatmaps, conversion analysis) **What you need to know | have:** **Mandatory:** * Experience creating landing pages for performance campaigns * Proficiency with no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Webflow, Unbounce or similar) * HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizations * Solid knowledge of technical SEO (not just content SEO) * Experience with GTM, pixels, and conversion tracking * Understanding of advertising policies (Meta, Google) * Ability to deliver efficiently and iterate based on data **Nice to have | experience:** * Prior experience in traffic/growth teams * Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) * Familiarity with Airtable, Zapier, or similar integrations * Intermediate English *Remember to submit your resume and portfolio with examples of landing pages you’ve created (links or attachments).
