If you enjoy technology, processes, cross-departmental collaboration, and wish to work in an environment where digital and fashion go hand-in-hand, this opportunity may be for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** On a day-to-day basis, you will act as a connecting point among teams, supporting organization and delivery quality: * Support task and project management by tracking deadlines, priorities, and demand status; * Serve as a bridge between e\-commerce, development, marketing, IT, and other departments; * Assist in backlog organization, basic documentation, and delivery tracking; * Perform simple functional tests on new features and bug fixes; * Validate tasks prior to deployment, ensuring alignment with expectations; * Support identification and communication of issues, improvements, and risks; * Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows; * Occasionally assist with small code snippets in web programming languages. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek someone with a solid foundation and strong willingness to learn: * Junior profile, early in career or transitioning into technology/projects; * Basic knowledge of programming logic (daily coding is not required); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse departments and individuals; * Interest in technology, e\-commerce, and digital processes. **Additional Information** Nice-to-have (not mandatory): * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Academic or practical experience with software testing (QA) and/or programming; * Basic knowledge of e\-commerce, CMS, or digital platforms (VTEX preferred); * Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Planner, or similar.
