




Job Summary: The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational compliance at posts, leading teams, delivering training, managing incidents, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Evaluates customer satisfaction and conducts unannounced inspections. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for visiting posts according to the defined route, verifying the presence, posture, uniforms, and equipment of security guards, ensuring compliance with established operational standards. Also monitors work schedules, confirms staff attendance per shift, and arranges coverage in cases of absences or delays, making necessary adjustments based on operational needs. Among their duties is delivering practical, on-the-job training directly at the workplace, focusing on correcting errors and reinforcing security procedures. Additionally, they are responsible for completing operational checklists, reporting incidents and irregularities, and communicating any anomalies to the central command or management. Conducts inspections of equipment used by security guards—such as two-way radios, flashlights, CCTV systems, and alarm systems—to ensure all devices function properly and that personnel possess required PPE and materials for their roles. During incidents, the supervisor provides direct support to the team, responding to events such as intrusions, thefts, or accidents, contacting competent authorities when necessary, and recording facts clearly and accurately. Maintains frequent contact with site supervisors to assess customer satisfaction regarding services rendered and relays feedback to management. Additionally, conducts unannounced inspections to verify guard conduct, adherence to schedules, and correct execution of routines at posts. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school (mandatory). * Security Guard Training Course (mandatory). * Security Supervision Course (desirable). * Higher education in Private Security Management, Administration, or related fields (desirable). * Valid Security Guard Certification updated per Federal Police Ordinance. * Driver's License: Category A/B (mandatory—the supervisor may operate motorcycles or cars). * Proven experience as a security guard. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader, inspector, or security supervisor. * Experience in operational patrols and customer service will be considered an advantage. * Route planning and control of post visits. * Supervision, leadership, and team engagement techniques. * Basic knowledge of asset protection and electronic security. * Use of applications for time tracking, checklists, and report generation. * Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools. * Incident analysis and rapid decision-making in adverse situations. * Leadership and professional demeanor. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Conflict resolution ability. * Organization, discipline, and commitment to schedules and routes. * Resilience under pressure and in response to unforeseen events. ### **JOB BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher: BRL 37.85 per day * Transportation Voucher * 30% hazard pay * Night shift allowance (if assigned to night shifts) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
