Support for general condominium-related tasks **Internship Position – Administrative Area** **Company:** Condominium Management Office **Location:** Downtown Itaboraí **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy; * Prior experience in customer service is a plus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp); * Issuing payment slips and sending duplicate copies; * Assisting in organizing documents and files; * Supporting the office's administrative routines; * Addressing general needs of managed condominiums. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
