Collaborates with engine engineers on workscope strategy and product oversight throughout maintenance stages. Develops/implements process improvements through data/KPI analysis and supports operational team development on the shop floor. Provides critical support to enhance the company’s quality assurance system.**Job Description** =================== **Roles and Responsibilities** * Technical support to the operations team regarding aeronautical engine assembly, disassembly, machining, and balancing processes. * Supports the engine engineering team in translating customer/OEM technical requirements into operational instructions via service bulletins. * Develops service bulletins ensuring compliance with all manufacturer manuals and/or customer requirements. * Monitors product investigations and reports inspection results to internal or external engineering teams. * Develops tools and processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, or support quality improvement initiatives. * Develops and delivers theoretical/conceptual knowledge of technical disciplines involved in these processes. * Resolves problems using established procedures. Consults senior internal and/or external team members for issues outside defined parameters/instructions. * Evaluates changes in manufacturer manual requirements and/or customer specifications and collaborates with the engineering team to implement corrective actions. * Personal ability to work across different shifts depending on operational demands and projects. * Provides critical support to enhance the company’s quality assurance system through review of non-conformance records and implementation of corrective/preventive actions. **Required Qualifications** * This position requires experience in aeronautical engine maintenance. * Completed or ongoing academic degree (eighth semester or above) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering. * Fluent English is mandatory. * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; practical experience preferred. **Desired Characteristics** * Strong oral and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English. * Demonstrated interpersonal skills across various organizational levels and in high-pressure production environments. * Ability to work independently with proven project management results.
