We are looking for a **Steward** to serve as the cornerstone of organization and hygiene in our restaurant. Your responsibilities: * Ensure perfect cleaning and sanitization of all dishes, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils; * Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the sink area (stewarding) and kitchen support zones; * Ensure all processes strictly comply with the restaurant’s hygiene standards and operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Our operation is dynamic; therefore, flexibility to adapt to required shifts and schedules is essential; * Ability to maintain a consistently fast-paced work rhythm; * A critical eye to ensure everything is 100% clean and in its proper place. **Job Information:** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Schedule:** **6x1** (six working days per week with one weekly day off). * **Working Hours:** Flexible availability.
