About the Position We are seeking a Telecommunications Coordinator to lead field service operations (customer premises), responsible for managing technical teams, operational results, and the quality of installations/maintenance activities in the Lagos Region, Rio de Janeiro state. This position is strategic, involving direct field engagement and playing a critical role in process standardization, people development, and ensuring end-customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities **Team and Operations Management** Coordinate technical teams for installation, repair, and maintenance (FTTH / FTTA); Assign, track, and prioritize work orders; Ensure achievement of operational targets, productivity, and SLA compliance; Daily route monitoring; Develop team schedules, working hours, and time-banking records; **Quality and Compliance** Ensure service execution complies with client technical and operational standards; Reduce recurrence, rework, and failure indicators; Conduct on-site audits, technical follow-ups, and provide feedback; Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs) and proper use of PPE; **Customer Relationship** Serve as the primary operational contact for the client; Participate in performance, quality, and alignment meetings; Address operational deviations, complaints, and action plans; **KPI Management** Monitor KPIs such as: SLA, productivity, quality, efficiency, backlog, among others; Prepare operational reports and performance analyses; Propose continuous process and outcome improvements; **People Management** Develop leaders and technicians (training, coaching, and evaluation); Support HR in hiring, terminations, disciplinary actions, and organizational climate initiatives; Ensure clear communication, alignment, and team engagement; Work Location Cities in the **Lagos Region, RJ** Field-based and administrative interface activities; ;
