We continuously leverage our team’s expertise to maximize production, transforming O\&G into value for Brazil. **Job Mission:** Support management in fulfilling regulatory obligations toward the regulatory agency and other competent authorities, with strong technical interface with operational areas. **Responsibilities and Duties:*** Support monitoring and control of regulatory obligations associated with E\&P concessions, regulatory schedules, and other instruments required by the Regulatory Agency. * Maintain continuous interface with technical and operational areas (Reservoirs, Operations, SMS, Engineering, G\&G, Projects, among others) to collect, consolidate, and validate technical information. * Assist in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing technical-regulatory documents to be submitted to the regulatory agency. * Support technical discussions with the regulatory agency, including clarifications, responses to official letters, and technical meetings. * Monitor regulatory deadlines, support organization of technical evidence, and contribute to mitigating regulatory risks. * Support audits, inspections, and technical requests from regulatory bodies, as applicable. * Track regulatory changes and support analysis of technical and operational impacts arising from new regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications:*** Degree in Engineering; * Familiarity or knowledge of the ANP regulatory environment is desirable, including obligations related to exploration and production (E\&P) activities—such as regulatory plans and programs (e.g., PAT, PAP, PD, SGIP, etc.); * Analytical capability to interpret regulations and assess regulatory impacts on company operations is expected; * Preferred: Prior experience in the oil and gas sector, knowledge of administrative procedures with regulatory bodies, and reporting systems. **Additional Information** **Check out some of our benefits:** Meal + Food Allowance: BRL 2,315.50 Flexible Card: BRL 570.00 Christmas Basket: BRL 1,048.00 (once per year) Private Pension Plan Health and Dental Insurance Wellhub or Totalpass: whichever suits you best!
