Description Manage construction projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, scope, and quality, acting as the technical responsible person and primary interface with clients and teams. Requirements **Responsibilities:** Plan, review, and monitor construction projects and schedules; Oversee field execution, teams, and contractors; Control measurements, costs, supplies, and physical progress; Ensure service quality and technical compliance; Conduct stakeholder meetings and report project status; Evaluate suppliers, proposals, and technical reports; Participate in technical scope definition and problem resolution; Monitor post-construction activities (warranty and maintenance). **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Experience as a Resident Engineer or construction project manager; Experience in industrial/logistics construction projects; Knowledge of construction planning, site control, and drawing interpretation. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in design coordination and quality assurance; Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and project management; Familiarity with Brazilian Technical Standards (NBRs) and Regulatory Norms (NRs). **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
