Your responsibilities will include: * Addressing high-to-medium complexity procurement needs by identifying suppliers in domestic and international markets, improving the new supplier selection process, negotiating and contracting for optimal cost-benefit ratios aligned with the Company’s quality expectations; * Meeting scheduled contracting deadlines and negotiating priorities with internal clients; * Supporting market inquiries (RFI), standardizing and preparing analyses based on received data; * Establishing and monitoring contracting timelines with relevant stakeholders; * Structuring cost-composition spreadsheets; * Prospecting suppliers in the market capable of fulfilling the scope; * Ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the contracting process via proper documentation of all procedural information; * Standardizing high-to-medium complexity commercial proposals; * Defining the optimal negotiation strategy based on collected information; * Conducting negotiation meetings and drafting meeting minutes; * Referencing prior contract costs updated by economic indices; * Presenting contracting outcomes to the Procurement Manager and Executive Management; * Drafting contractual templates with Legal Department support; * Anticipating internal client demands by managing contract expirations per category. 251225020249581671
