Responsibilities and Duties Receive emails from fiscal management for preliminary analysis; Analyze samples scheduled to arrive at the port; Populate the sample spreadsheet with all relevant data; Monitor sample unloading and record arrival in SAP; Request sample collection; Monitor sample storage duration at the port; Issue documentation for samples with anomalies; Archive photos and files generated during sample unpacking in SAP and via email; Extract scheduled cargo data for port loading from the SIGIOP system; Analyze cargo data and execute necessary actions; Import data into the Geport system; Assist carriers, support scheduling, and resolve inquiries; Monitor emails for scheduling response updates; Handle inventory reconciliation. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education. * Experience in administrative activities. * Experience with SAP and Excel; * Shift schedule: 12x36 (day or night shift) 2512010202191838643
