




Job Summary: The Accounting Supervisor oversees and performs accounting and tax routines, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation, and the accuracy of financial statements. Continuous Development and Collaborative Culture The mission of the **Accounting Supervisor** is to supervise and execute accounting and tax routines, ensuring compliance with Brazilian standards (CPC/IFRS) and current tax legislation. The focus is to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and the timely submission of all ancillary obligations, acting as the primary technical control point for operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **1\. Accounting Management (Execution and Review)** -------------------------------------------- * **Monthly Closing:** Coordinate and execute the closing schedule, ensuring reconciliation of all balance sheet and income statement accounts. * **Financial Statements:** Prepare and analyze the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Cash Flow Statement. * **Asset Control:** Manage fixed assets (depreciation, disposals, and impairment testing). **2\. Tax Management (Direct and Indirect Taxes)** --------------------------------------------- * **Tax Calculation:** Supervise and perform calculation of direct taxes (IRPJ and CSLL – Real Profit/Presumed Profit) and indirect taxes (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS). * **Ancillary Obligations:** Ensure submission of DCTF, EFD\-Contributions, EFD\-ICMS/IPI, ECD, and ECF. * **Tax Planning:** Support analysis of scenarios for optimizing tax burden and recovering tax credits. * **Withholdings:** Validate source withholdings on services received (PIS, IRRF, INSS). **3\.
