Deliver subject-specific instruction to Lower Secondary classes in diverse formats and using various resources to ensure coverage of the established curriculum and effective transmission of knowledge and information for student development. 2\. Develop teaching programs, course syllabi, and lesson plans to ensure all required curriculum content is covered in class using appropriate resources and within the scheduled timetable. 3\. Plan and deliver curriculum content through playful and pedagogical activities that foster the development of related competencies and stimulate students' physical, psychological, emotional, motor, cognitive, and social growth. 4\. Assess content delivery by designing and administering exams, exercises, and group assignments to evaluate students' knowledge retention and implement reinforcement activities for topics where the entire class or individual students demonstrate low performance. 5\. Evaluate student performance throughout the academic term to ensure readiness for progression to subsequent educational levels, administer assessments, and submit grades to the school administration office. 6\. Participate in the institution’s pedagogical project by proposing, implementing, and evaluating alternatives that contribute to enhancing the educational process and achieving the objectives outlined in the school program. 7\. Attend pedagogical meetings with fellow teachers to discuss weekly agenda items and reflect on grade-level teaching practices.
