**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage key clients within each region, ensuring execution of the defined strategy;
* Monitor order portfolio, billing, and delivery until product availability at the point of sale;
* Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal company departments;
* Understand and execute the order approval and implementation process;
* Ensure maintenance and updating of product catalogs at client sites;
* Conduct routine sales activities with check-in/check-out during pre-established visits;
* Guarantee and execute the strategic plan defined for each channel, ensuring achievement of volume and mix targets per client;
* Monitor daily departmental goals and results using management tools and take necessary corrective actions for deviations;
* Manage business plans (e.g., formulation, countermeasures, fund disbursements);
* Monitor sell-out, days of inventory, and plan adjustment actions according to deviations;
* Draft and internally approve sales proposals;
* Maintain the daily logbook by performing and documenting activities as per the defined frequency;
* Execute and monitor Joint Business Planning (JBP) actions together with clients and internal interface departments;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Postgraduate studies are desirable;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in large-scale negotiations (regional clients) and client relationship management;
* Problem-solving tools and commercial performance indicator analysis;
* Solid knowledge of Scanntech / Nielsen;
