Job Summary: Responsible for monthly accounting closing, reconciliations, analyses, and preparation of financial statements, ensuring data quality and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in accounting closing and analysis of balance sheet accounts. 2. Support in preparing financial statements and handling internal and external audits. 3. Focus on continuous improvement of accounting and tax processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform monthly accounting closing, ensuring information accuracy and deadline compliance; * Conduct reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Identify, monitor, and justify significant accounting variances; * Prepare and manage provisions, reversals, reclassifications, allocations, and other accounting entries; * Control and reconcile fixed assets, including movements, depreciation, transfers, and disposals; * Execute and analyze inventory-related accounting routines, cost of goods sold (COGS), losses, and write-offs; * Support the preparation of financial statements and related supporting reports; * Respond to internal and external audit requests by providing documents, reconciliations, and technical clarifications; * Support PIS and COFINS calculations; * Support tax routines and compliance with ancillary obligations, as needed, including PER/DCOMP, DCTFWeb, and EFD\-Contribuições; * Control and reconcile leasing operations, right-of-use assets, and present value adjustments; * Contribute to standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integrity of information. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Minimum three years of experience in accounting; * Experience in accounting closing, reconciliations, analyses, and journal entries; * Knowledge of financial statement preparation and explanatory notes; * Knowledge of fixed assets, inventory, provisions, and leasing; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel; **Accounting Knowledge** Familiarity with key applicable accounting pronouncements is essential, especially: * CPC 04 – Intangible Assets; * CPC 06 – Leases; * CPC 07 \- Government Grants and Assistance; * CPC 12 – Present Value Adjustment (PVA); * CPC 16 – Inventories; * CPC 25 – Provisions, Contingent Liabilities, and Contingent Assets; * CPC 27 – Property, Plant and Equipment; * CPC 32 – Income Taxes (Deferred IRPJ/CSLL); * CPC 51 \- Insurance Contracts; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in retail companies or operations with high transaction volumes; * Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP S/4HANA; * Experience with Power Query, dashboards, VBA, or macros; * Experience in process improvement and automation projects. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Basic Food Basket * Christmas Basket * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Educational Institution Partnership * SESC Partnership * Product Discounts and Vaccination Program * Total Pass * Life Insurance * Wellz Platform \- Psychological Support **Work Schedule** * On-site * 44 hours per week **Hiring Process Steps** * Registration * Interview with Recruiter * Interview with Leadership * Offer and ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) * Hiring Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * SESC Partnership * Basic Food Basket * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Total Pass * Educational Institution Partnership * Dental Assistance * Medical Assistance * Wellz Platform \- Psychological Support * Christmas Basket * Life Insurance
