Job Summary: Ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable execution of quarry extraction and processing operations, aligning production targets with quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable legislation. Manage teams and promote training Location: Rio de Janeiro region (São Gonçalo, Duque de Caxias, and Nova Iguaçu) **Responsibilities:** Ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable execution of quarry extraction and processing operations, aligning production targets with quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable legislation. **Duties:** Plan blasting, loading, and material transportation; Ensure routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment is performed; Select, develop, and manage personnel, propose hiring and termination decisions, and promote training; Produce aggregate materials according to production plans; Achieve performance indicators (KPIs) through continuous monitoring, critical analysis of deviations, and implementation of action plans; **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Experience in rock mining for crushing operations; Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields is desirable; Compensation: R$5,00 \- R$10,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
