This role combines quantitative data analysis with understanding of the fashion business, aiming to ensure balance among sales, inventory, margin, and product turnover, thereby contributing to commercial performance and business profitability. Join our team and experience this journey with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Commercial Performance Analysis** * Analyze sales by SKU, category, collection, store, and channel * Monitor KPIs such as sell-through, product mix, inventory turnover, coverage, and margin * Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve margin, and reduce excess inventory **Inventory Management and Planning** * Track inventory levels across stores and distribution centers * Identify products with stockouts or excess inventory * Propose inter-store product reallocation to optimize turnover **Procurement Planning** * Support the Procurement team in defining quantities per product and store allocation * Use sales history, product performance, and forecasts to guide purchasing decisions * Monitor collection performance throughout the season **Business Intelligence** * Build analytical reports and dashboards for sales and inventory * Consolidate data from multiple systems and databases * Generate analyses to support commercial decision-making * Develop comparative scenarios and performance projections **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, analytical functions, large dataset manipulation) * Familiarity with SQL or similar languages for data extraction and organization * Familiarity with retail ERP systems (Linx, Totvs, SAP, or Oracle) * Ability to leverage AI tools for analytical productivity (data exploration, pattern identification, automation) * Strong communication and data presentation skills using tools such as PowerPoint, Gamma, Power BI, or Tableau **Profile** * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail * Curiosity and initiative to investigate sales patterns and product behavior * Ability to transform data into actionable insights and practical business recommendations * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, procurement, and operations teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in retail, fashion, or consulting firms * Experience in collection planning or assortment management * Experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Meal/food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Co-payment health and dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Discount on brand products; * Discounts at various educational institutions; * Discount through travel agencies; * Exclusive training channel for your professional development. __________________________________________________________________________________________ We are one of the leading fashion groups in Brazil, with approximately 60 stores nationwide and over 30 years of history.
