Support in scheduling organization and team optimization Job Mission: Ensure workshop operational efficiency through control of appointments, creation and monitoring of service orders, approval tracking, and support for inventory management, ensuring appropriate capacity utilization and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Create, analyze, and monitor service orders, ensuring approvals are obtained within deadlines. * Control spare parts inventory and flag replenishment needs. * Manage workshop equipment and tools, ensuring their availability and proper maintenance. * Support scheduling organization to optimize technical team workload. * Guarantee service quality and contribute to customer satisfaction. Technical Requirements: (education/training/language/experience) * Prior experience in customer service. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). * Experience in a workshop or automotive sector is desirable.
