Focus on process optimization and cost reduction **Job Description:** The Seres Group, in partnership with a national company in the pharmaceutical industry segment, is seeking a professional for the position of Junior Maintenance Planning and Control Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Proactively execute assigned responsibilities by analyzing basic technical support processes within electrical, mechanical, automation, metalworking, and other engineering disciplines; provide support for low-complexity and low-criticality activities under growing responsibility and supervision by more experienced professionals; contribute to the development of maintenance planning and scheduling; review and disseminate weekly and monthly schedules; support the creation and maintenance of maintenance management systems and tools; identify and register machines and equipment; receive and analyze maintenance requests according to departmental needs; generate work orders and reports; perform critical analysis of generated and returned work orders; verify and validate maintenance activities performed at electrical distribution centers (220V/440V), compressed air generation centers, steam, chilled water, purified water, secondary substations, and utility systems, in accordance with technical plans and procedures; participate in field failure analyses of machines and equipment to eliminate recurring issues; collaborate in PCM and PCP meetings and interdepartmental projects; align with partner departments and internal customers; create and monitor KPIs to support coordination decision-making; propose ideas for process optimization and cost reduction; contribute to achieving established policies, standards, and targets in line with Farmanguinhos’ institutional strategies. **Working Hours:** **Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break) **Work Model:** On-site **Work Location:** Jacarepaguá, Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
