Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Experience in maintenance of split-type, VRF, chiller, and fan coil air conditioning systems. \- Knowledge of electrical control systems. \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels. \- Knowledge of electrical circuits. \- Knowledge of preventive maintenance of generators. \- Basic maintenance skills (masonry, painting, and plumbing). Technical course in maintenance field required, along with NR10 certification.
