It offers services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Manage clinic service sales, including marketing and resale of procedure packages. Conduct assessments with new clients, identify their needs, and guide\-them toward appropriate treatments. Develop tactics to attract new customers and organize satisfaction surveys. Maintain and monitor achievement of unit-defined targets. Serve as an intermediary between the team and unit management, ensuring effective communication and positive relationships. Organize and supervise unit administrative routines, emphasizing creativity, organization, and control. Exercise leadership over the team, guiding, supervising, and monitoring employee performance. Manage complaints and unforeseen incidents with emotional resilience. Monitor customer service, controlling and evaluating managerial tools.
