Provide consultative service, building relationships and delivering a secure and personalized experience. Identify each customer’s needs, understand their current situation, and direct them toward the most suitable solutions based on their profile. Present benefits, differentiators, and financial solutions clearly, consultatively, and with conversion orientation. Ensure customer support throughout all stages of the journey, guaranteeing an excellent experience. Focus on goals, conversion, and performance metrics. Deliver value in every interaction, reinforcing trust and customer relationships. Handle objections confidently, credibly, and with strong argumentation skills. **Desired Education and Experience:** Experience in commercial roles and customer service. Practical experience in proactive sales, negotiation, and closing deals. Familiarity with CRM systems, auto-dialers, and customer service platforms.
