




Job Summary: A Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, personnel management, inventory control, customer service, and health/sanitation compliance to maximize profitability and ensure quality. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supervising all daily operations—from personnel management and inventory control to customer service and health/sanitation compliance. The primary objective is to maximize profitability while ensuring high standards of quality and service. * **Hospitality:** Greet VIP customers and ensure all guests feel welcome. * **Problem Resolution:** Handle complaints diplomatically, turning a negative experience into an opportunity for loyalty. * **Dining Room Flow:** Monitor wait times and table turnover to optimize occupancy. * Proven experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel management roles. * Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). * Hands-on profile with excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Northeastern Brazilian origin is a plus.
