Responsibilities ● Store opening and/or closing; ● Plan and control restaurant routines, including sales, cash closing, finance, and procurement; ● Train front-of-house staff and monitor kitchen team development; ● Prepare managerial reports; ● Monitor unit delivery operations; ● Monitor team development through feedback; ● Training evaluation; ● Customer service; ● Prepare staff schedules under your leadership; ● Oversee administrative procedures.
