Promotion of innovation and continuous improvement in development processes Ensure delivery of technological solutions with excellence, aligned with customer needs and the company's strategic objectives, by leading multidisciplinary teams and promoting operational efficiency of the software factory. **Summary:** A professional with strong experience in software factory and development operations management, responsible for simultaneously leading multiple projects and agile squads, ensuring deliveries aligned with schedule, scope, quality, and business outcomes. Act as the bridge between organizational strategy and technical execution, translating customer and stakeholder requirements into structured development plans. Experience in outsourcing environments and demand-driven projects, with strong expertise in governance, process standardization, and ALM tools for full project lifecycle control. Strong capability in project portfolio management, monitoring of operational and financial KPIs, risk mitigation, and delivery quality assurance. Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering high performance, collaboration among squads, and continuous leadership and talent development. Experience in client relationship management, executive meetings facilitation, expectation management, and identification of contract expansion and new business opportunities. Integrated collaboration with commercial and finance teams to ensure project health, including contract tracking, revenue, and profitability. Responsible for structuring and optimizing internal processes, supporting project onboarding, ensuring operational compliance, and contributing to the continuous evolution of the software factory. Also involved in budget management, capacity planning, performance evaluation, and career development of teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead Solution Factory operations (development, QA, architecture, testing, etc.). * Ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries within scope and budget. * Implement and monitor factory performance KPIs. * Promote continuous improvement of development and delivery processes. * Act as a strategic liaison between technical, commercial, and client areas. * Support definition of architecture and technologies used in projects. * Ensure efficient resource allocation (people and technology). * Manage technical and operational risks of ongoing projects. * Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. * Participate in defining strategic goals and technical area planning. * Support implementation and maintenance of internal products across departments. * Liaise with other departments regarding Solution Factory administration. **Expected Technical Competencies** * Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) * Software Engineering (solution design, architecture, versioning) * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation * KPIs for productivity and quality (lead time, throughput, bugs per release) * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, etc. * Best practices in QA and automated testing * Management of multiple concurrent projects * Logical and systemic reasoning * Budgetary management of projects/areas **Behavioral Competencies** * Strategic and influential leadership * Systemic and results-oriented mindset * Clear and assertive communication * Complex problem-solving ability * Analytical and innovative thinking * Conflict management and negotiation skills * Emotional intelligence * Agility in decision-making **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Software Engineering, or Leadership is a plus. **Desired Experience** * Minimum 8 years in the technology field, with proven technical leadership experience. * Prior experience in software factories, agile squads, or large-scale development operations. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (Dev, QA, Architecture). * Track record of strategic engagement with business and technology units. **Progression Criteria** * Consistent deliveries aligned with defined KPIs. * Ability to scale operations while maintaining quality and engagement. * Applied innovation in processes and technologies. * Development and retention of technical leaders. * Advancement in the factory’s process maturity.
