




Job Summary: As a Program Manager at Pix Force, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising high-impact projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope (quality), and on-budget delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Leadership and mentoring of project teams As a Program Manager at Pix Force, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising multiple high-impact projects aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. You will work cross-functionally across various teams to ensure all projects under your management are delivered on time, within scope (quality), and within budget. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing communications, risks, and project performance metrics to ensure initiative success. A program’s scope is understood to include all engagement phases, such as: * Prospecting potential clients, coordinating with Pix Force’s Business Unit * Demonstration and proof-of-concept phases * Budgeting, pricing, and contractual development phases, coordinating with Pix Force’s Business and Finance Units * Development phase, coordinating with Pix Force’s Engineering Unit * Delivery and system setup phases for systems contracted by Pix Force’s clients * Contract lifecycle monitoring for service agreements managed by Pix Force under your coordination, collaborating with Pix Force’s Business and Engineering Units to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities **Key Responsibilities:** * Program Planning: Develop detailed program plans aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities. Collaborate with leadership to define program scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. * Program Management: Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects within the program. Track project progress, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with scope and budget parameters. * Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication channels and provide regular updates on program status, risks, and key milestones. * Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and potential obstacles across programs. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure successful delivery. * Resource Allocation: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate allocation of resources (people, budget, technology) for each project. Manage competing priorities to ensure program objectives are achieved. * Financial Management: Monitor and manage program financial performance, ensuring costs remain within approved budgets, with support from the Finance Unit. * Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Use data-driven metrics to track program performance, identify improvement areas, and report results to management. Continuously evaluate programs and implement process improvements. * Leadership and Mentoring: Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. Offer guidance and support to ensure successful project completion. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s degree/MBA preferred). * 5+ years of experience in program or project management within technology companies or similar industries. * Experience in R&D projects within the ANEEL/ANP regulatory context is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies. * Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in project management tools. * PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team management * Teamwork * Customer focus * Stakeholder management * Strategic thinking * Time management and multitasking * Financial acumen * Problem solving and critical thinking * Adaptability and resilience
