Job Summary: This Apprentice Program seeks organized and proactive individuals to support the logistics and maintenance departments by managing inventories and procurement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Will support inventory control and material movement. 2. Will monitor inventory levels and issue purchase requisitions. 3. Will contribute to departmental cost control. Description: * Be over 18 years of age; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Enrollment in Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering is a plus; * Interest in Logistics and/or Maintenance fields; * Be organized, proactive, and possess good communication skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Easy access to Jacarepaguá, RJ. * Availability for a 6-hour daily work schedule (as per the Apprentice Program requirements). * Perform inventory, order, and material movement spreadsheet control and data entry; * Monitor and control inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and prevent stockouts; * Issue purchase requisitions and track the entire procurement process until delivery; * Request and compare supplier quotations, contributing to departmental cost control; * Enter invoices into the system, ensuring compliance with issued purchase orders; * Support other departmental tasks. 2511150202461807445
