Job Summary: Responsible for the technical design and development of event projects, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and excellence in execution, while strategically collaborating with various teams. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership in event projects 2. Development of 3D projects and technical documentation 3. Strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams * **Responsibilities and Duties:** Responsible for the technical design and development of event projects, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and excellence in execution. Conducts briefings and technical site visits as needed, collecting information, preparing floor plans, 3D projects, and technical documents, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, safe, and compliant with the company’s quality standards. Requests engineers to issue Technical Responsibility Statements (ARTs), manages payments, submits documents to clients, and administers the document archive for legal traceability. Handles tight deadlines and manages changes, communicating impacts to Operations to prevent logistical delays. Strategically collaborates with the Account Manager, Project Coordinator, Product Coordinator, and Customer Experience Coordinator to ensure technical planning is fully aligned with commercial and operational objectives. * **Requirements and Qualifications:** Technical proficiency in reading and preparing drawings/projects; 2D/3D visualization skills and technical compatibility assessment with products and operations; Ability to conduct briefings and technical site visits; Precision in project development according to client requirements.
