* In stock-out situations, closely monitor departmental management, including consideration of offering similar products or confirming stock rupture, aiming to ensure dispatch occurs on the agreed delivery date;
* Ensure the flow of same-day immediate pickup demand, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and quality. Also monitor orders with expired pickup deadlines, taking necessary actions such as contacting the customer or canceling the order;
* Maintain daily interaction with the control tower and hold monthly meetings, evaluating incidents and supporting the logistics administration team, under close supervision by the manager;
* Supervise the ADM team to ensure all scheduled deliveries for the day have a Transport Document (DT). In cases where this document is missing, act directly with the carrier to ensure route planning is completed, safeguarding our OTIF (On\-Time In\-Full) indicator;
* Use the route planning dashboard to extract relevant information supporting decision-making, proactively addressing potential issues flagged in customer reservations and accelerating solutions;
* Continuously seek greater agility and efficiency in resolving stock-out cases, applying careful analysis and making sound decisions with relative autonomy;
* Identify operational bottlenecks and organize the team according to peak flow periods, ensuring order picking time and customer dwell time align with company-established guidelines;
* Demonstrate proficiency in report analysis, proposing actions to enhance existing processes and achieve desired results;
* Support the Logistics Operations Manager in selecting, hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining staff per departmental evaluation and needs;
* Proactively seek improvement opportunities, anticipate problems, and contribute appropriate solutions;

* Guarantee effectiveness of all inventory management processes—both rotational and general. Monitor execution of movement, transit, slotting, and negative inventory processes, and promote a culture of correct slotting;
* Ensure compliance with stock-out procedures and maintain constant vigilance over system stock deficiency monitoring, preparing weekly reports on this topic. Assist in training and development of staff (store and logistics) regarding resource usage and adherence to material handling and storage processes;

* Guide team members on the daily operations plan, collaborate in loss prevention, safeguard merchandise inventory quality and condition, oversee the logistics yard, and direct the team to keep it consistently clean and organized;
* Ensure all goods are verified and in perfect condition. Monitor returns collection per established commercial agreements, guiding the team toward improved communication and process compliance;
* Instruct the team to report any discrepancies in product master data to the registration support team, preventing inventory errors. Develop work schedules, always verifying operational requirements and legislative regulations;
* Lead the team in appropriately defining storage spaces according to incoming products to optimize verification and storage management; guide third-party personnel responsible for palletizing, ensuring this process is performed correctly per defined standards;
* Ensure complete recording of FOB freight charges and verify that all have been paid correctly, controlling pallets owed to suppliers, ensuring transparency in commercial relationships and fulfillment of obligations;
