Job Summary: Professional to monitor and analyze operational indicators, manage costs and fleet maintenance programs, ensure timely deliveries, and plan fleet revitalization. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery planning and routing, optimizing costs and deadlines. **Description** * Monitor and analyze operational indicators (Overtime hours, Time bank, On-Time Delivery rate, Liters/km, Occupancy rate) to ensure process efficiency * Manage fleet costs and maintenance programs, ensuring vehicle availability and reliability * Ensure all deliveries and pickups are performed within company- and customer-defined deadlines and quality standards * Develop and monitor fleet revitalization planning, aiming at continuous improvement of logistics operations * Delivery routing and planning to optimize costs and deadlines; **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics (industries with their own fleet) * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Postgraduate degree preferred * Experience in fleet management and maintenance * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools * Fluent English preferred * Driver's license category D preferred Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Logistics, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Requirement: D Willingness to travel * Dental Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Meal Voucher * On-site Meals * Health Insurance * Study Grant
