Focus on financial integrity and accounting compliance. **Job Mission:** The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the company's financial information, guaranteeing accounting compliance, internal process efficiency, and strategic support for decision-making. Acts as a management partner, providing financial analysis, budgetary control, and risk management. **Requirements:** * EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SECTOR * Strong expertise in financial controls and routine processes; * Effective communication with non-financial departments; * Strategic vision and analytical thinking; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Organization and attention to detail; * Clear and concise communication; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management is desirable. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage accounting, tax, cost, and controllership departments; * Develop and monitor the annual budget (budget) and forecasts (forecast); * Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement); * Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies; * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable legislation; * Coordinate internal and external audits; * Develop management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Support strategic decisions with financial analysis and feasibility studies; * Manage cash flow and tax planning; * Lead and develop the finance team. **Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca \- RJ **Employment Type:** PJ Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
