Responsibilities ● Store opening and/or closing; ● Plan and assist the manager in controlling restaurant routines, including sales, cash closing, finance, and procurement; ● Assist in training the front-of-house staff and monitor kitchen team development; ● Prepare management reports; ● Monitor unit delivery operations; ● Monitor team development through feedback; ● Training evaluation; ● Customer service; ● Assist the manager in preparing staff schedules under your leadership; ● Oversee administrative procedures.
