Our goal is to foster a performance- and results-oriented culture. **Who We Are Looking For** We seek a Data Analyst with an analytical and consultative profile, capable of transforming data into actionable insights and clear, relevant narratives for clients. This person will play a central role in interpreting campaign results, building BI analyses, and developing visual materials that support decision-making, demonstrate value, and increase client engagement with Incentive.me’s strategy. More than just "operating data," we want someone who can interpret context, identify patterns, generate recommendations, and communicate effectively. Potential to become a coordinator if expectations are met. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze campaign and incentive program databases to identify patterns, opportunities, deviations, and performance levers. * Transform data into clear and actionable insights, focusing on commercial performance and sales force behavior. * Build and enhance dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI). * Interpret business KPIs and metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, performance, conversion, CAV, ROP, etc.) and translate them into practical recommendations. * Create analytical narratives ("data storytelling") for presentations, executive reports, and client meetings. * Support internal teams (customer service, community, operations, strategy) with analyses that guide decisions and prioritization. * Ensure consistency and quality of analyses by validating data and flagging potential inconsistencies. * Structure recurring reports and analyses for campaign monitoring. * Participate in client meetings when necessary, helping explain results and answer questions with analytical confidence. * Document key metrics, assumptions, and interpretations to scale and standardize analyses. Requirements * Experience in business-oriented data analysis (BI, performance, marketing, sales, or related areas). * Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. * Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar). * Ability to build clear, concise, and visually organized dashboards. * Strong ability to interpret metrics and critically assess results. * Analytical, organized profile with good collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
