Role Purpose: Lead the team in prospecting and converting students for Postgraduate and MBA programs. The challenge is to ensure enrollment targets are met while maintaining the excellence standard and high-level relationship expected by the FGV brand. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, train, and motivate the commercial team, ensuring alignment with consultative sales methodology. * Plan and execute prospecting initiatives (B2C and B2B), corporate partnership agreements, and lead-generation events. * Monitor the sales funnel (CRM), lead conversion rates, and performance indicators (KPIs) for rapid decision-making. * Represent Grupo Maza/FGV in commercial visits and strategic networking with regional companies. * Ensure the commercial team masters the product portfolio, academic deadlines, and differentiating features. What We Seek: * Education: Completed undergraduate degree (MBA or Postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage). * Experience: Proven track record in commercial roles, preferably within the education or consulting sector. * Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques, CRM management, and Excel for managerial reporting.
