Lead the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment; Conduct training sessions to develop the team and align processes; Monitor and analyze performance indicators to ensure store targets are met; Manage material and financial resources to ensure smooth operations; Hold monthly team meetings for alignment, feedback, and action planning. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities; Flexibility in working hours to accommodate retail operations; Prior experience as a Store Manager is essential.
