* Submit monthly financial reports, collect documents, input data into the system, and oversee timekeeping record completion and organization; * Control employee documents and records (PGR, PCMSO, CIPA, product technical sheets, technical records, employment documentation), complying with occupational safety regulations and current legislation; * Support people management by addressing conflicts to ensure synergy among teams under your responsibility; * Assist in launching new contracts nationwide as needed or upon hierarchical request, conducting training, allocating new teams, assessing client requirements, distributing routines effectively to meet expectations, and guaranteeing service excellence;
