The professional will be responsible for **managing, motivating, and developing the sales team**, ensuring **excellence in customer service**, **target achievement**, and **smooth store operations**. **Responsibilities** · Manage, motivate, and develop the sales team; · Ensure excellence in customer service and customer retention; · Monitor store performance indicators and targets; · Oversee inventory, organization, and administrative processes (including cash handling and operational routines); · Serve as a role model and reference for the team, ensuring target compliance and fostering a positive work environment. **Requirements** · Minimum age: 18 years; · Completed high school education; · Proven experience in sales, team management, and performance indicator tracking; · Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; · Must reside near Uptown Barra Shopping (Jacarepaguá, RJ). **Work Schedule** · Hours according to department (to be specified during the interview). **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Work Period:** Full-time **Location:** Uptown Shopping — Av.
