**The position:**
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support departmental routines and ensure an efficient and organized experience for employees and clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
**Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will:**
**Your main challenges:**
* Provide support to employees by addressing inquiries and assisting with day-to-day requests
* Support payroll processing, verifying calculations (salaries, overtime, deductions, etc.)
* Perform timekeeping verification and control, identifying and reporting inconsistencies
* Support onboarding processes, including collection, verification, and updating of documents
* Organize, classify, and submit documents via client portals, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines
* Manage intern-related processes—from contract drafting through benefit administration (e.g., life insurance), monitoring deadlines and legal requirements
* Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, among others)
* Monitor and manage ASOs (admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations)
* Contribute to fulfilling labor and social security obligations through verifications and reporting
* Support HR analysts and management in general HR department routines
* Ensure process organization, timely execution, and compliance with internal policies

**Requirements and qualifications** **To join our team, you must have:**
* Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
* Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation
* Familiarity with HR routines, such as payroll and timekeeping (academic or practical experience)
* Proficiency with computer tools, especially Excel
* Experience with HR management systems (payroll and electronic timekeeping)
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling information
**It’s also a plus if you have:**
* Knowledge of labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT)
* Familiarity with Internship Law and Apprentice Law
* Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in mid-sized companies
* Experience with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems
* Basic understanding of accounting and labor calculations
